Made to measure
All made to measure pieces are limited ensuring exclusivity. Many of the designs can be made in various fabrics and colours.
When you click on a product you will be given options to order the design in a selection of fabrics. Please note that Necklines, Sleeve length/Style can be amended to suit your requirements.
Once the order is placed and measurements have been provided, the order cannot be cancelled.
We aim to deliver your order 10 days before your event. We can work to short timescales, please contact us if you have an urgent order and we will advise you accordingly.
If we cannot meet your timescale we will contact you and cancel the order.
All Designs can be made in a selection of fabrics which are shown on each product page.
We take precautions to ensure the same dress isn’t worn by anyone else at the event you are attending unless intended. However, We cannot guarantee this as we only track the first date the dress is worn.
We do NOT accept returns on any Made To Measure pieces.
We provide free alterations if the measurements provided by yourself are correct. Under no circumstances can we offer free alteration if you have provided us with incorrect measurements of sleeve length and dress length.
Please ensure you have provided accurate measurements. We do not cover the postage cost for returning/sending back items for alterations.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
If you have chosen the Click and Collect option, You will be notified via email/Phone when your order is ready for collection. For Ready To Wear orders, once you have been notified you have 5 days to collect your order. If your order is not collected within the 5 days, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded. What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We send our parcels using DPD/Royal Mail, your order will be updated with a tracking number once shipped. We aim to dispatch every order within 1-2 Working days. *During Busy periods this may take up to 3 working days*
Do You Ship Internationally?
All products on Valenci.uk are available for International Delivery. We send all international orders using secure tracked & signed services at a price of £20. We aim to Deliver international orders within 10 – 15 working days. We aim to dispatch every order within 1-2 Working days. *During Busy periods this may take up to 3 working days*

How do I place an Order?
Just add all your desired products to your basket and follow the checkout procedure, we have made this as simple as possible but if you have any issues please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need an account to place an order?
You can check-out as a guest and not create an account, however creating an account helps you keep your order history all in one place and allows you access to our exclusive news and offers if you opt-in to subscribing to our newsletter.
What happens if I return my items late?
Your items should be returned to us within 14 days of delivery or collection. Late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned to you. Please note that you will be liable for the delivery charge.
We do NOT accept returns for any purchases made in person, such as Appointments, Events & Pop-Up Stores.
We do NOT accept returns on any Made to Measure garments.
How Do I Track My Order?
You can track your order using your order number and email address (will have been sent to you after completing the order) through the Order Tracking page.
How Can I Return a Product?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund (excluding delivery charge) on Ready To Wear items. If the items have been dispatched to us within 14 days of delivery or collection – provided the items are new and unused, with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging. If the item is not in a resalable condition, (for example odours, stains etc..) then we will not accept the return and the item will be sent back to you. Please note You will be liable for the delivery charge.
