Shipping Information

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

If you have chosen the Click and Collect option, You will be notified via email/Phone when your order is ready for collection. Once you have been notified you have 5 days to collect your order. If your order is not collected within the 5 days, your order will be cancelled and fully refunded.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We send all of our parcels using DPD, your order will be updated with a tracking number once shipped. The following shipping methods are available:

Do You Ship Internationally?

All products on Valenci.uk are available for International Delivery. We send all international orders using secure tracked & signed services at a price of £20. We aim to Deliver international orders within 10 – 15 working days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept all card payments through the secure Stripe gateway, as well as Paypal. Payment options are available on checkout. If you are using an Apple device you can also pay through Apple Pay.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Our website is secured with SSL encryption, ensuring any details you enter are safe. We also only accept payments through renowned payment gateways for the highest levels of security. Our shipping services are all insured to give you that extra piece of mind.

Orders and Returns

How do I place an Order?

Just add all your desired products to your basket and follow the checkout procedure, we have made this as simple as possible but if you have any issues please contact us on info@valenci.uk.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can check-out as a guest and not create an account, however creating an account helps you keep your order history all in one place and allows you access to our exclusive news and offers if you opt-in to subscribing to our newsletter.

What happens if I return my items late?

Your items should be returned to us within 14 days of delivery or collection. Late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned to you. Please note that you will be liable for the delivery charge.

We do NOT accept returns for any purchases made in person, such as: Appointments, Events & Pop-Up Stores.

We do NOT accept returns on any Made to Measure garments.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order using your order number and email address (will have been sent to you after completing the order) through the Order Tracking page.

How Can I Return a Product?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund (excluding delivery charge) If the items have been dispatched to us within 14 days of delivery or collection – provided the items are new and unused, with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging. If the item is not in a resalable condition, (for example: odors, stains ect..) then we will not accept the return and the item will be sent back to you. Please note You will be liable for the delivery charge.
